Very personable customer service representative (Amy)! She offered to pick up the car the day after I first contacted the company, but we weren't ready. Driver too was friendly and seemed interested in the car. He suggested a location convenient to us both to do the pick up, as I live on a hill with narrow roads. He called several times on his way to update me on where and when he would arrive.
