I dealt with Katie and she was very professional and provided excellent customer service. She gave me her personal cell phone number so I could contact her at any time with questions. Katie was able to schedule a pickup the same day as my order!!! I was dealing with a competitor who had me waiting for over a week for a pickup. The prompt service I experienced here was well above the competitors. I will definitely use them again for any shipment requirements I have in the future and will recommend to anyone who needs a fast shipment of their vehicles.
