My vehicle has not been picked up or delivered to date. I was assigned a driver and was told that my car would be picked up on the 11th of April, I called the driver on 12th of April and the driver did not know anything about my car. I called into dispatch and was advised that her truck broke down and she was not able to pick up on the 11th, but when i spoke with the driver, she was clearly delivering some ones load and had left the state of Colorado. I am concerned that I was scammed and will not get my money back. I asked for a supervisor and they placed me on hold for an hour and still have not called me back. I was only called and advised that I have to submit a review a 50 rebate i was promised when I contacted them to obtain services. This was not stated or advised to me when i was quoted the price.
