We asked for a 48 hour pick and did not receive a 48 hour pick up. We placed our order on Friday 03-19-10 and requested a 48 hour pick up. We called on Monday 03-22-10 to get a status on our order. Our car had not been scheduled for the 48 pick up and we were not able to get our car picked up in Illinois until Wednesday 03-24-10. Our contact Katie was courteous and worked with us to get a driver but that didn't happened until Wednesday 03-24-10. The money was adjusted from $919.00 48 hour pick up price to $690.00. The car was delivered Friday 03-26-10.
