I was surprised how great the pick up and delivery times were. The car was picked up within 2 days of the order and was to be delivered on Monday, when I received a phone call on Sunday asking if it was ok to deliver a day early. The answer was YES. Sunday was so much better than having to leave the office on business hours to meet the driver. Jeromy, the driver, was very polite and friendly. Other than the car having a light coating of diesal exhaust, it clena up easy. I would use this carrier again. Bill M.
