Emily, the staff who took care of my delivery was friendly. However, the pick up date was 1 or 2 days later than their promised 5 days window, so I was really nervous waiting for their confirmation. I almost canceled my order because they could not guarantee that my car would be picked up and because the price they offered was a lower that the average price that I saw. But, in the end, everything worked out well. Emily called me when my car was about to be picked up and after it was picked up to ask how the process went. So, overall, it was a good experience, except for the waiting. The price was ultimately what drawn me to use them.
