You were the first car shipping company I contacted because you actually had a phone number listed. When I first called to get a quote the person was helpful, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. A few days later I called back to schedule the pick up and delivery and I was assigned to Emily. I want you to know that I did not contact any other shipping company because of the experience I had with the first person I spoke to the day I reecived a quote. Emily was great. This is the first time I have ever bought and shipped a car and Emily walked me through the process. She was kind and friendly and professional. The price she gave me was less than the first price quoted so I was thrilled. A few days later I called Emily to get the status and again she was kind, friendly and professional. The next day she called me and had everything scheduled. My transporters were wonderful too. They called me a various stages in the shipping process and kept me informed as to the progress and their estimated time of arrival. I am very happy with your company and would recommend your services to anyone needing a vehicle shipped. This was a great first experience for me and I would definately use you again.
