Well I don't really know exactly what to say except that for this being my 1st time using any car transportation service my experience was excellent overall. The communication was a little turbulent at 1st with being able to coordinate the pickup between dispatch, the driver who had a full voicemail box, my friend who had the car in Florida and myself at the destination in California.
After receiving approximately over 15 transportation quotes from other competitors companies yours was hands down the best and even more nobody elses prices were even close to M2Reeves. Since this was my 1st time I really didn't know what made one company better than another but after speaking to Amber she immediately gave me a few warning signs to look for that would help me pick a company that was legit and because she was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions I made my choice after our 1st conversation.
After being rescheduled for pickup 2 days in a row the car actually arrived 2 days earlier than I expected it to which was to my very positive surprise. The driver communicated well once he was in my state and I spoke to him 2 more times after that throughout the day before delivery was made.
When he arrived, we went through the paperwork and I paid him the balance due, signed my paperwork, received my receipt and was given my keys. Other than dirty from the cross-country trip on an open trailer everything was in order with my vehicle.
Thank you very much M2Reeves because after having my show car in storage for 2.5 years you made it extremely easy for me to have it back with me after so long. Rest assured I will recommend you to everyone I know. In fact I already referred you to my friend Ben Sutherland who will be shipping his car from California to Georgia next month. Have a great day & keep up the great work and greater customer service.
