Amazing Service and Professionalism

I was absolutely impressed with this shipping company! I had never had to ship a vehicle before and I was a little leary about the process however Amber and Osvaldo (the truck driver) assigned to bring my car home were second to none. Amber was friendly and curteous, always informative and happy to help. Her spirit eased any anxiety I may have had since being forced to have my car shipped because I was unable to drive it myself. I also appreciated the fact that she had my car dispatched to a truck ASAP and the process went flawlessly.
Osvaldo (the driver) was fantastic, super skilled at his trade and very professional and had a very cool semi-truck. He seemed downright happy to have been on such an enormously long drive. I appreciated that he gave me a time frame of when he would be near my home for drop-off and that he was so gentle and careful with the car. My car was on the very top and farthest to the back which was amazing to watch as he got it down. These people made my first experience with thier company so incredible that it surely will not be my last!!!

I feel that when there is an experience of superb customer service it must be noted and the people should know that they have done a great job!!!!
