I called Katie 02/12/09 to ship two cars from San Jose, CA to Garland, TX and I want them to make sure to me that my cars will be delievered on 02/28/09. Katie emailed me the quote 765855‏ which says in notes section that "my cars will be delivered by 02/28/09".

I called M2reeves again after a week and they could not locate the driver for my cars, then I called back again and same thing. Finally I called again Today 02/23/09 and they still could not locate a driver for me instead they want me to pay more to driver so my cars will be picked up.

I asked her manager Sarah if she can compensate me somehow by lowering their profit and the answer was nothing we can not do anything except wait and see if someone can pick up the cars.

I canceled my shipment with them. I am okay to pay more who can atleast know a little bit of customer service and can keep the well stated promise. I have emails and quote if anyone interested taking a look at those.
