My experience is nothing like the reviews..

I chose this company because of the excellent reviews on this site... My experience has been less than stellar.

First off, the car to be picked up sat over a week without a truck being assigned to pick it up. I was told originally it would be 1-5 days for pick up. I called customer service and they said this is a tough route and they would have to offer the free lance drivers more money. Once they did this the car was picked up in two days. How long would they have let the car sit before contacting me or offering more money for the route? I have also tried to track my vehicle using their website for online tracking. I submitted my information several times and days and never once received any response!

Now the car is late for arrival. I called customer service and they attempted to contact the driver. The driver doesn't answer his phone (of course) and I am told I will receive a call shortly. Shortly turns into hours and I have to call them again. I am now told the driver was delayed picking up another vehicle and it will arrive 3 days later than promised.
This company needs to seriously look at being proactive and keeping the customer informed. There is no reason why they can't send a simple e-mail update or make a call to update the status when things are going wrong!
Hopefully my car arrives in the near future.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
