As this was my first time ever shipping a car, I had no idea how many companies are in this business. I was bombarded with calls, emails and quotes. I didn't know where to start - who to trust. After reading reviews, going to the better business bureau and talking to various brokers, I chose Lightning - mostly in part after speaking with Scott - he was honest and not pushy. Still a gamble when I shipped my truck to my eager son, everything went flawlessly from start to finish. Scott was in constant contact with us at both ends and put my fears to rest. Next time, if there is one, I will not need to wade through all the information out there and go directly to Lightning. If you are doing the same thing as me - call Lightning and end it. I would highly recommend this company - they do what they say - which is all anyone can ask for.
