                        WE WISH WE COULD HAVE HELPED JOHN IN THIS CASE. WE DID HAVE HIS VEHICLE DISPATCHED BUT JAH WORKS FAILED TO DO THERE PART. WE NEVER CHARGED JOHN'S CARD A SINGLE PENNY. HE JUST ASSUMED WE DID.
