Worst experience shipping anything I have ever had

At first when you call brad to get your quote he seems like an honest hardworking guy. That all quickly changes when you accept his quote and agree to give him your card for a deposit. He will tell you he is going to get to work for you and have it shipped out within a couple days but that never happens. Brad never once gave me any update on whether he could find a driver or not. He proceeded to continue to act like he was searching for something when really he didn't care about getting my truck shipped. I talked to my friend who was a shipping broker just like him and he told me Brad didn't even put my truck on the board to be bid on for shipment. This company is unreliable and now Brad has wasted a week of my time and I am now having to pay to fly and get my own truck and drive it back 17 hours. His prices are good but you can't pay for services that are never rendered in the first place. Lightning Auto Carriers is a poor company that only wastes people's time. Many people have very negative things to say about them and a simple google search will prove it. I am very disappointed in the service I received and hope to never cross paths with this company again.

First of all we haven't charged you anything. I held your hand throughout the entire process. The route is very uncommon and that is why it was difficult to locate a driver.
