Everything was fine. My car was picked up on the date promised and delivered on the day that I was told it would show up on. The only thing I didn't get was a call the day before the car was delivered letting me know they were running on time as promised. I got a call when they were delivering a car 35 miles from my home. The auto carrier apologized for this and said if they called me on the day they were to deliver the car and I was not ready that they would have come back. I would use this car carrier again.
