I called Lightning Auto Carries well in advance of the intended move of my 1996 Saturn. Their staff were thorough in explaining the process and what I needed to do when I was ready. When I called they had a transport driver within one day and kept me informed throughout the process. The pickup and delivery DAY were on time. The scheduled pick up and delivery TIMES were both a little late but understandable for Southern California traffic. The driver, Darrion Holt is friendly and helpful. He delivered my car directly to the driveway.
