From the first time I spoke to matt at lighting he was up front with me....Of course I was concerned with price and service...I had spoken to a few other shippers and couldn't give me an exact price.....also I was concerned with the care o9f my car being that it was a big investment for me.........Well just like matt had said....the driver would keep me informed on his travels and he did....the car was delivered in good shape by josh his driver ....and when you meet someone for the first time you never remember their name I did....great experience with no hidden charges.....john
