I contacted Brad about picking up a 2004 BMW 545i from Sevierville, TN to Columbia, South Carolina. We discussed the pickup price and all of the details. He quoted me the price and estimated date for the process. Within a day, Brad had a transporter set up for me to deliver the car. The auto transporter contacted me the same day to inform me that he would be here the next morning to pick up the car. On the next morning, the auto carrier contacted me about 30 minutes before he was to arrive. The driver got here and checked the car out completely. He then proceeded to drive the car onto the trailer and strapped down the car. He was here a total of 30 minutes maximum. And the delivery was promised same day. In which it was.. It delivered that afternoon. Brad was great as well as the auto transport company on making the delivery easy. Thank you for everything.
