Charles at Lighthouse was very professional and knowledgeable , Charles explained to me exactly how my vehicle will be picked up and transported, gave me a very fair price compared to all these other brokers with outrageous quotes, Charles gave me an estimated day to pick up my new bMW and was right on time which was amazing! the carrier called me 24hr prior from pick up & took about a good week to get to california, Car arrived with no damages and Charles even took the time to call me and asked how my transport went! very nice guy. I sure will be using Lighthouse in the near future again to ship my uncle's vehicle, thank you!
