????? 1/5 Stars I hired Leader Autoship to transport a vehicle from Georgia to Minnesota with door-to-door service for a total cost of $1,300. Unfortunately, the delivery did not go as promised. On the day of delivery, the driver called and told me he had arrived at a Holiday gas station off the highway. When I asked if he was in my city, he said he had just gotten off Highway 13. I immediately realized he was nowhere near my hometown. After further discussion, I learned he was actually in a city approximately 100 miles away from my delivery address. The problem was not caused by the driver. Leader Autoship entered my delivery information incorrectly. While my street address was listed, the city, state, and ZIP code provided to the driver were for an entirely different location. As a result, the driver was dispatched to the wrong city and ultimately had to leave my vehicle at a dealership. This left me with no choice but to find transportation and arrange for someone to accompany me on a 200-mile round trip to retrieve my vehicle. What was supposed to be a door-to-door delivery became a lengthy, inconvenient, and unnecessary ordeal because of a preventable error by the company. After the delivery issue, Leader Autoship asked what they could do to make the situation right. I requested a $400 refund to help offset the additional travel, expenses, and time required to recover my vehicle. Despite acknowledging the problem and asking how they could resolve it, they refused my request and offered no meaningful compensation for the inconvenience their mistake caused. I paid $1,300 for door-to-door service and did not receive it. Instead, I was left to solve a problem that resulted directly from incorrect information entered by the company. While the vehicle eventually arrived in Minnesota, the experience fell far short of what was promised and paid for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Leader Autoship.
