That one word sums it up. I went with Lazz because they were the low bidder, and because they promised me a quick pickup. My vehicle needed to get picked up quickly. Lazz told me a truck was arranged. I drove 4 hours to be with the vehicle, and as it turned out, it was another week before a truck showed up.
The final price was about $500 more than the original quote!
Lazz promised a refund of $100 off the booking fee - this NEVER happened, and now their phones are disconnected and their website is offline.
Just plain dishonest.
