usps check that was cashed by koban's jp morgan bank account ending in 1491 and 1488 $150

Stay away from these theives, they have horrendous customer service. they double charged us and refuse to refund our money back. My husband and I got a quote from Max from Koban logistics in april, to ship our car to austin texas. Max agreed that my husband can send him $150 money order to to lock in the quote. My husband purchased the money order and the day that he was going to mail it. Max called and was rushing husband to mail in the money order by the next day or he would lose his quote. It would have cost us $30 to mail in the money order by the next day so we agreed to g ive him our debit card, and he said it was ok to send him the money order as well and it will be deducted from the total. At that point we did not know that this company was a third party vendor we thought were dealing the actual shippers. The day that the driver came to pick up our car he requested for all the money because he had no association with koban logistics and he did not receive any money from them. We called Koban logistics that same day and the lady that we spoke to said there was no record of us paying with a debit card, and then we spoke with another gentleman that stated that we did not send in our money order but they have a record of our debit card. We were finally refered to Teddy Riley who told us the money order was not cashed so we should go get our refund from the usps where my husband purchased. The USPS sent us a copy of a cashed money order by Koban Logistic. We called teddy who had the odesity to read us a quote abt being patient fom sir francis bacon and told us to fax him the the information from the postal service. My husband faxed it to him at right away and teddy stayed on the phone with me for 30 min and confirmed that he received it and that was their bank account number and he would like to refund it to me but KOSCAMS'S paypal account that they were using had been shut down so he would send me a check for $200, adding an additional $50 due to the inconvenience he has caused my family. I called him a few days later to let him know we still haven't received the check and he kept assuring me that its in the mail. It has been almost 2 weeks now and i have been trying to contact both teddy and the office of koban logistics without any response. I WANT MY DAMN MONEY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM KOSCAM(KOBAN) LOGISTICS, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING THEIVES.

And sadly they try telling this review website that were not customers. SHAMELESS !!!!!

First let me state my greatest apologies delay on returned check from driver. PLease for the fact we did get your vehicle transported in a timely matter. . With that said please take into consideration that there are many factors that can delay a check . Some which are out of their control as well.However we are glad you got it back I wish you the best and am truly sorry you fell our service was less than a 5 star. Thanks again,
