This was a horrible experience to start off with. I inititally contracted through another company, well, broker company, who couldnt get my vehicle picked up but MAX kept calling me back and assured me that he can get the job done. Not only did he get my Acura MDX shipped out but he matched the other company's price. My vehicle was picked up from miami, fl and dropped off to boston ma within 3 days from the pick up date. They picked it up early but i didnt care. Max was great and Rich at Reliable transport called me 24 hours in advance before he arrived with my vehicle. Sheena at koban logistics kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and i greatly appreciate their service. I WILL USE THEM in december on my trip back to miami. Thank You MAX.
