I originally booked with another company but the communication was poor. Two weeks after our initial phone conversation, I started leaving voicemails for an update. After finally reaching them and expressing my concerns with how close the date of delivery was approaching, they called that same day and had found a driver with a delivery date of two days AFTER my requested date. I gave them plenty of time to find a driver and initially accepted a rate that was higher than others, emphasizing the importance of the date of arrival.
I continued to receive emails and calls from other transport brokers including King of The Road. I called and spoke to Mary who actually made me feel comfortable about the entire process, something I was not feeling before since this was my first experience shipping a vehicle. After Mary called drivers directly, she was able to find a driver to deliver the exact day I requested and it was smooth sailing from there. She was so sincere and so professional and their customer service was consistent with the reviews and ratings I looked at in choosing a transport company. I appreciated the direct communication with the carrier driver and the follow-up calls from Alex at King of the Road. This was my first time transporting a car. It was a good experience. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
