I began fishing for quotes a month before I needed my car transported. I began speaking with an agent but due to her taking a leave of absence, Julia picked up from where I left off with the other agent. Julia worked quickly and diligently to answer all of my questions so I could feel comfortable signing the contract. She always answered all of my emails and despite asking 100 questions, it felt like she was always happy to assist. It really eased my mind. However, this was my first time transporting a car so I was weary once my car was picked up. Lucy, the dispatcher, called me to tell me the car was being picked up and would have the driver call. The next morning, the driver called giving me a 2-hour window. I received my car the day after pick-up and am extremely satisfied with the service by King of the Road. Fair prices and even better service!!
