Poor communications

KAT responded very quickly to emails until after I had paid them, after it was a different story. Problems began almost right off when the trucking company (KAT is just a broker) called Thursday to say they were coming on Friday to pick up the car. I told them that the car was specifically list as not available until Sunday. They claimed that was not how KAT listed it. After I insisted the car was not available until Sunday they said they'd be there Monday to pick it up and they were right on time. After it was picked up was the last I heard from anyone until it showed up with only 2 hours notice. After having major problems with the trucking company (see my review of Complete Auto Sales) I sent Kevin an email (marked urgent) saying I needed help. Here it is nearly 24 hours later and I've never heard a word. Trucking company says KAT never told them the car HAD to be delivered after 1600. I have the emails to prove that KAT was told that. Whether or not they communicated it to the trucking company - who knows, but based on their communications with the customer (me) I doubt it. I don't understand what happened to 'service after the sale' but this is not the way I was brought up. Got to wonder how these places stay in business.
I should also add that I had told KAT to list my cell phone on the contact since my daughter cannot answer her's while on duty. You guessed it - it wasn't.

We didn't take any of your money until the vehicle was loaded on the truck. Complete auto sales got the information that you gave us we have proof on the dispatch sheet.I am sorry that this was a bad thing for you. but we did our job. Complete Auto should have gotten the rating not us.
