After realizing the quotes I received were astronomical, Brad helped me secure a more reasonable quote four days before my actual move. I heard directly from our driver (pleasant surprise), and he left the Bay Area on 12/15/2020. My cars arrived in Austin, TX on the morning of 12/17/2020; lightning quick! Brad saved me hundreds of dollars, was communicative and delivered on his promise. Our driver texted me throughout the trip with details (another pleasant surprise), and was especially thoughtful and kind, enough that he found an area that offered enough space for his truck and was adjacent to my hotel. Thank you, Brad, and extended team for your help in ensuring this piece of our logistical puzzle was as low-stress and seamless as possible. I cannot thank you enough!
