I am writing to you at this time in efforts to save potentially good customers from the pain and suffering that I went through while dealing with "J.R. Auto Transporters" from Port Richey, FL.. I was told if I paid a higher rate of $1495 that it would take 6 -8 days to transport my vehicle from Massachusetts to California, after my vehicle did not arrive in 14 days I became extremely concerned so I extended a call to the Manager by the name of "Karen", she became rude and verbally abusive. I waited a total of 27 days for my vehicle that should have been here in 6-8 days. I placed numerous calls which were completely ignored and when I did receive a Representative I got a different explaination/excuse each time. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE THEIFS/LIARS
