This was my first time shipping a car and Jet/P2P was very reassuring in explaining the process. It was a $750 cost to get my SUV from Boston to north Florida in February. Things went largely as planned, and they were surprisingly flexible when I changed the pick-up date on them late in the process. The driver who picked up the car was friendly and professional, even though he was loading it up in a crowded city setting.

I was told that I would have 5 days advanced notice of the pick-up, and it was actually only 3, but their flexibility with the pick-up date make it all work. One other concern was that my scanned form was submitted by email and although I got a confirmatory email back, my contact there told me several days later that he still hadn't received it. It would appear that a customer should just stick with communicating with a single contact person and not rely on the company to provide seamless communications. But overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this service to a friend.
