In my experience, this company has been extremely difficult to work with. Communication about load readiness has often been inaccurate, leading to long delays. I frequently found myself working well beyond 14 hours a day, and the compensation discussions were inconsistent. Although I was repeatedly told I would be compensated properly, that rarely happened.
Another issue I encountered was unexpected deductions after delivery—such as claims of shortages or missing pallets—which left me feeling that I did not have a fair chance to dispute the charges or protect my earnings.
Based on my experience, I would caution other drivers and carriers to be careful before working with this company.
