Jay offers very personalized service. He is always available to answer either phone calls or emails and he does so promptly. He explains in detail the mechanics of setting up a haul and how the price is computed. Unlise other services I've dealt with there is no hustle and overselling. When he initially encounted some difficulty in getting a hauler to provide the service, he explained everything to me and promptly arranged another. The hauler he provided did a find job and got the car to me in Colorado in record time and unscated. All in all, it was outstanding service and I will use Jay again and will refer my friends to him.
