Thank you for the review. I learned a long time ago that communication can make a huge difference between two companies that do that same thing. I always prefer to work with the company that makes the extra effort to communicate well... don't you? What is the worst thing possible? Not knowing what is going on with your car. I understand this and keep it in mind with each customer I serve. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to move your vehicle. Thank you for trusting me with this responsibility. I do not take it lightly.
