Second time around was better

This is my second time using a car transporter. The first company was through a moving company (big mistake). Picked up the car late. Dropped off the car without any prior notice. Car was damaged during transport. Company eventually paid for damages after dragging their feet (small claims).

The second company was Jay's. I wanted to avoid all the problems from the first company. He walked me through the process. Gave me the driver's info so I could contact him directly. Everything went smooth. No damages. No problems.

Btw, I went through a third-party that gave me 7 quotes. He was middle of the pack in pricing. Sent exactly one email with the quote. I say this because I still get phone calls, texts and emails from the other transporters who keep claiming there is a truck right around the corner with one spot left... HA!
