Jay was excellent! He was forthright, honest, and very clear. We were trying to work with another company for over 4 days, before contacting Jay. He was very straightforward and respectful. We were able to confirm pick up of my vehicle for transport while I was still on my first call with him. NO LIE! It was that quick and easy. it was that simple. Don't waste your time with anyone else. He is the sole owner and operator of his business so if he doesn't answer, give it a few minuets and call back. you will not be disappointed. HE IS THE ONLY PERSON I WILL EVER USE for transporting any autos. I could not be happier to write something nice about him because he really made things easy and clear. He was fair and very professional. I honestly don't need to write a review but I feel its only right considering the job well done.
