Jay was honest and attentive during the whole process. He gave us a fair price, a realistic window of time for pick up and the in-transit time was faster than expected, about 48 hours from South Florida to St Louis, MO. Jay was available 24/7 to answer questions and he did e-mail and/or call us with shipping status; he gave us plenty notice once the truck was dispatched to pick up our car to get ready for the trucker's arrival.
I will likely use Jay's services again early next year.
