My car was delivered to me on Tuesday December 22, 2009 with huge wholes on the frame of the car. When I asked the driver why there was red clay in my tail pipe, he told me he bottomed out my car. When I drove my car home it started to smell of burning rubber. I called Jay Phillips and reported it and they told me it was previous damage and the would not be taking responsibility for it. Even though their own bill of lading shows there was NO damage to my 2008 Mercedes Benz CLK... DO NOT use this company or there sister company THE CAR CARRIER

This was a claim that was turned into our insurance company. The investigation concluded that the damage was done prior to transport and in no way could of been from transporting the vehicle. The red clay however is our fault, But no exhaust was damaged, it was simly a clod of soft clay....
