The customer service professionals at J&S Transportation LLC, were very knowledgeable concerning the options and availability of carriers for shipment of my new car, from Boise, ID to Portland, OR. J&S personnel coordinated the pickup of the vehicle with the car dealership in Boise, and kept me appraised of the transit.The driver of the auto carrier truck, a Mr. Danforth, was polite and professional. He had put the new car in the area of the auto carrier where it was least likely to be impacted by any small stones on the highway.

I had purchased the new car with the Boise dealership by way of the phone and Internet. I was a bit nervous about finding a shipper and arranging the pickup. The J&S folks competence reduced any anxiety in my mind, and I was confident that the shipment would be without incident. The shipping of the auto was far less in cost than flying from Portland to Boise and subsequently driving the vehicle to my home.
