Horrible Experience

I had chosen Scott with Jaguar Transport because he told me he had a truck available to pick up my vehicle and I committed to him He LIED and it took 12 days from then for Scott to locate a truck then told me it would be picked up on a Monday and delivered on Friday, but the cost went from original bid of 1,050 to 1,190 but I needed my truck so I agreed for the increase, I then needed to give Scott a deposit for what I am still unsure of, but my truck wasn't picked up until Wednesday 2 days late and was delivered on the Thursday of the next week 7 days late! In the meantime trying to get a hold of Scott to find out what was going on was impossible and never happened he ignored my calls and texts until I had to deal direct with the transport company myself which was unpleasant as well as they did not care what Scott told me and they were doing what they wanted they drove all over the country with my truck doing there other deliveries and then told me the truck driver quit and left the truck parked at a lowe's for 2 days unattended and they had large costs in the transport to fix there truck and fly another driver to there truck that was my problem and they would not discount the bill at all for being 7 days late, upon trying to get a hold of Scott who I hired to ship my truck he has still not answered any of my attempts and runs his business as poor as I ever seen a business run. I had the most horrible experience with Jaguar Paw Trucking and the transporter they used I wouldn't ever recommend them to anybody. On top of it all my brand new truck which I never seen before showed up from a complete detail from the dealership looking like it went through a war the unprofessionalism of both transporters was out of this world they should be out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
