Scott promised in December that my truck would be delivered by 20 Jan 2014. I placed a down payment, signed a contract, and waited. No communication at all, unless I started it. Then when i did, I was told he was working it and should have a driver in 24 hours. This went on for a week. Until five days before the delivery date and I was told that it would be 42% more than quoted. While I understand a increase, almost half the quoted price means Scott has no clue on what the industry demands. While he tried to talk down and make me understand "supply and demand", I was confused why a contract was signed. The Company does not honor quotes or personal assurances. Do not do business with Jaguar Paw Trucking. I still have not got my deposit back either.
