M&M Trucking brought back a car belonging to Marcus or a relative of his for a discounted rate, our driver (because he knew him) dropped it off in his yard and took his word that he had sent the check. The payment has never reached our office and our driver is being held responsible for the COD which was supposed to be collected. Next step - small claims court
