I contacted many companies and decided to choose Ironclad after speaking to Joanna. She was very helpful, courteous, professional & very knowledgable. This was the first time I've had a car delivered and she explained the process in detail. Open communication made the entire process smooth. Another benefit was that I needed the car sooner and the price was not raised because of short notice. Joanna within a few minutes found a courier for me. The driver was originally scheduled to pick up the car on Sun, but it was arranged to get the car on Saturday. The delivery time was to be 5-7 days but the car was delivered in 4 days. I was in contact with the driver and he was very friendly and punctual and I gave him a good tip for his effort. Overall the entire experience with Ironclad was handled with proper care and I have no complaints. I recommend everyone to use Ironclad and Joanna for their delivery needs. You will be in good hands.
