Used Interstate Transport Group to ship my son's car to him at college. This was my second experience with a car hauler. This time the experience was much better. My son's college is a little difficult to get a hauler on to campus. The first hauler did not work out well as they made my son come to them to pick up the car. Interstate got the car right on to campus. Interstate also delivered the car during the agreed upon time window. The first hauler did not. Interstate picked up the car when they said they would. The other hauler did not. Interstate's price was consistent with outher haulers. They communicated with us in a reasonable and courteous fashion. I will say that there was a price change from the original quote and that was not in my favor. I was informed on the front end that this was a possiblity. The only thing I am not sure of is whether the first price was entirely likely to happen. That being said, the ultimate price was cosistent with other carriers, the car arrived safely, the driver was couteous and took proper car of the car, and most impotantly the car was delivered on a timely basis to the appropriate location. I will certainly consider using this service again.
