We were impressed with the promptness of the pick up and the delivery. Mark, the driver, was extremely accommodating and made the process very easy for us on both ends. He had a great attitude and didn't seem a bit rattled that he had to drive into a blizzard and unload the car on a snowy, cold day. The experience was quick and easy and the car was delivered in perfect condition. We would not hesitate in recommending Intercity Lines.
