We were a little disappointed that we couldn't get the car picked up as soon as we wanted it, but our timing was near the Labor Day weekend. We purchased the car over the internet and had never seen it. We were nervous about damage during transport because we would not be able to verify if something did happen. Inter City explained how they load and unload cars and the extra car they take to protect the cars. Everything they said was true. The driver Mike, knew cars and knew how to treat them. Mike did a thorough and I mean thorough evaluation of the car's condition when he picked it up. He reviewed it with us on delivery. That was most helpful since it was our first time seeing the car. Communication throughout the process was great. Once we were on the schedule, the car actually arrived ahead of when they predicted. We reviewed a lot of companies and were very pleased that we chose Inter City. We would use them again, no question. But, if you have a time frame in mind, call them early to get on their schedule.
