Before Jason at intercede transport took over trying to move my car was a disaster. I tried working with three other companies to get my car shipped since the beginning of December. I’ve had to rent a car for almost a month because I was lied to multiple times by these companies. When I called Jason at Intercede he told me right away what the problem was. He said that having a low rated broker posting your vehicle is a bad move because carriers don’t want to deal with drama as much as customers don’t want to. He also said that the low bid would not get my car moved. Considering the fact that all 3 of these companies told me random stories about why my car was still sitting and none could get the job done. I listened to Jason expecting more stories but he didn’t make excuses. He got my car on a truck in one day. The bottom line is you get what you pay for. If I had only known. I hope this serves as a cautionary tale for all you would be bargain hunters. CHECK REVIEWS! Thank you Jason and company!
