Great experience - Christi was knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and professional. Calls were returned promptly, my pick-up was on-time, and the cost was lower than I had expected. The car was delivered later than anticipated but Christi called me before it was picked up to warn me this could be a potential problem and only proceeded after she had my assurance that it was fine if it was delivered late.
