From start to finish, my customer service rep (Christi) was accessible via email and phone and kept me informed on the status of pickup and delivery. The driver was early, which was no problem, and actually held my vehicle until I arrived into AZ (thanks for coordination between Christi and the driver). The only drawback was that the vehicle was very dusty from the weather in Arizona and also had residue spots on the hood from a truck positioned above it that was leaking oil. A trip to a local car wash for a detail job (approximately $35) removed the majority of the spots and left the car in very good condition. I would use this company again for transport as all parties involved continued to be accessible to answer any questions before, during, and even after delivery (as I called concerned about spots on the hood). I would simply suggest that if you are worried about any issues as far as weather-related issues or residue from another vehicle, to simply invest in a car cover (as I will the next time) to keep the car protected in an open transport situation.
