Hi Caroline, Thank you for your feedback, We do send contracts as part of the process once we get a confirmed carrier for you so you can also check all the important details on your shipment, which also serves as a paperwork if ever the driver gets confused with the price from other loads he/she's carrying as well. Please be reminded that we are a broker company not the direct carrier/driver. If you really had a shipment order with us please feel free to provide the order number so we can check it for you.
