Imove auto agrees with the driver one price and tells the customer a lower price

I contacted Imove auto because I needed to ship my car from Atlanta to LA. We agreed on a price and the dates. When I went to pick up my car, the driver informed me that I owed him a higher balance. I showed the driver the contract that the imove auto sent me. In return the driver showed me the contract he had which showed a higher price. I called imove auto and spoke to Jonathan Jimenez “Jay.” Jay told me that my contract was canceled. I then asked him if my contract was canceled how come my car was shipped to LA. Jay then said that maybe another representative worked on the contract and he cannot help me. I informed him that the contract in fact has his name on it as the broker. Additionally regardless any broker at imove auto should be able to help me. Jay started yelling saying that he cannot help me and it is what it is. I called imove auto again to get help from another representative but my call couldn’t get through to a representative. I was left stranded with no help from imove auto and forced to pay a higher price. Imove auto agreed one price with the driver and told me a lower price just to get my business. My contract was never honored. In addition I got a representative yelling at the top of his lungs at a customer

Hi Caroline, Thank you for your feedback, We do send contracts as part of the process once we get a confirmed carrier for you so you can also check all the important details on your shipment, which also serves as a paperwork if ever the driver gets confused with the price from other loads he/she's carrying as well. Please be reminded that we are a broker company not the direct carrier/driver. If you really had a shipment order with us please feel free to provide the order number so we can check it for you.
