They would tell you that you can put things in your car trunk but later the driver will ask you for money. You would have given advance payment and so can not back out. They are not available on phone and will not return calls when you ask them to call you back. I would suggest going to some other dealer

We tall people you can place up tp 100 pounds preferably in the truck. We send emails and instructions on how to pack you car. When you add more than 100 pounds it need to be disclosed in the contract. We are 10 brokers here that work together so he are always here when you call during business hours. Sorry for any inconvenience but we never say you can pack the car without letting the carrier know. Also the order number does not match any of our records so I can look for your order
