I had an older, inoperable BMW convertible I needed to move from Virginia to Ohio for restoration. I wanted to transport it with an extra transmission in the trunk. I made a single inquiry online and was inundated by phone calls, texts and e-mails from over a dozen companies. I-Move was professional enough to wait for me to recontact them when I was ready for the pick-up. I had been quoted a wide range of prices by the different companies -- from ridiculously (and obviously misleadingly) low to outrageously high. Many companies wanted to charge substantially extra for the transmission in the trunk and the fact the the car could only be pushed, not driven.I-Move auto quoted a reasonable price right in the middle of the range and fair given the mileage of the trip. When, at the last minute, I had to delay the pick-up by a week because my restoration garage was not ready to store the car, I-Move contacted its transporter and changed the schedule with a smile and no extra charge. The transporter was professional and responded immediately to my texts. The driver showed up on time, was polite, professional and efficient. The car was delivered in Ohio as promised with no issues whatsoever. I give them a 5-Star rating because I can't imagine what they could have done any more perfectly than they did this job.
